Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle issues using expertise, analysis, and testing
  • Maintain the highest level of technical training and certification
  • Perform maintenance and repairs while keeping vehicles clean
  • Complete all required documentation to meet regulations and company standards
  • Assist with shop appearance, safety standards, inventory stocking, and general operations
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
  • Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience at dealer-level or large facility preferred
  • Master Certified technicians should possess advanced automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is a plus
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills with a professional appearance and work ethic
  • Safety and customer service oriented mindset
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and apply technical information
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
  • Dependable and professional with a positive attitude
